About Us
Cosmopolitan International is a dynamic and community-driven not-for-profit service club organization committed to transforming lives through impactful community service and personal growth opportunities. Founded on the principles of unity, service, and action, we have been an integral part of communities in both the United States and Canada for over 100 years, making a significant difference in the lives of our fellow residents.

We consist of some 60 clubs with a membership of approximately 1,500. 
 
 
Mission Statement
The mission of Cosmopolitan International is to contribute to community well-being through charitable donations and volunteer service with special emphasis on supporting efforts to prevent and find a cure for diabetes.

Our members develop UNITY by the collective action of the membership within the community for the betterment of all. Through attendance at meetings an activities, Cosmopolitan members enjoy the opportunity to meet new people and develop long-lasting friendships with those who share similar interests. Club events also offer a chance to expand business and professional networking.

Our Focus
Cosmopolitan International has donated millions of dollars to diabetes research and treatment since adopting diabetes as our International focus.
 
While Cosmopolitan's principal effort is directed at the fight against diabetes, its member clubs also support community service projects and charitable causes in the communities where they are located.
